Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - St George BLVD is a smiley business in Saint George, UT. Our goal is to always make our guests smile with the best frozen yogurt, team members, and a fun environment. In addition to the hourly wage, team members at our store have made $2.00 - $3.00 extra per hour in tips.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience

Take customer orders and process payments accurately using the cash register and POS system

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining area

Follow proper food handling and safety procedures

Upsell menu items to increase sales revenue

Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or food service environment

Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary techniques

Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Proficient in retail math for cash handling and calculating transactions

Familiarity with operating a cash register and POS system

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
