Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare and serve handcrafted cones and soft-serve creations with attention to detail and presentation.
Bake cones according to company standards.
Interact positively with guests, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience.
Maintain a clean and organized prep, service, and cooking area throughout the shift.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assist with opening and closing responsibilities as needed.
Work cooperatively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Demonstrate flexibility by being available for day, evening, and night shifts, including Sunday's.
Knowledge
Basic understanding of food handling and safety procedures.
Familiarity with fast-paced service environments preferred.
Awareness of cleanliness standards in food service operations.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry preferred, but not required.
Must be able to work Sundays and assist with opening and closing shifts.
