    Position Summary

    Juice It Up! Herriman is hiring four Full-Time Team Members to help create a friendly, energetic, fast-paced, and health-focused guest experience.

    Team Members prepare smoothies, raw juices, açaí bowls, and other menu items according to Juice It Up! standards. They also serve guests, operate the register, prepare ingredients, restock supplies, and help keep the restaurant clean, safe, and organized.

    This is initially a non-supervisory Team Member position. As the store grows, Shift Leads and Shift Managers will be selected from these four full-time Team Members based on performance, reliability, leadership ability, availability, and business needs.

    Scheduled hours may vary based on store needs, employee availability, and business conditions. Regular and dependable availability for at least approximately 30 hours per week is required.

    Key Responsibilities

    Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, helpful service.

    Take orders accurately using the point-of-sale system.

    Process cash, credit card, gift card, coupon, and loyalty transactions.

    Prepare smoothies, raw juices, açaí bowls, and other menu items according to established recipes, portions, and quality standards.

    Answer guest questions about menu items, ingredients, boosts, and product options.

    Prepare, wash, portion, label, rotate, and properly store ingredients.

    Restock ingredients, cups, lids, utensils, napkins, and other supplies.

    Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including equipment, counters, preparation areas, floors, tables, restrooms, windows, and exterior areas.

    Complete opening, closing, cleaning, dishwashing, and food-safety checklists.

    Follow all food-safety, sanitation, hygiene, and allergen procedures.

    Work quickly and accurately during busy periods while maintaining a positive attitude.

    Communicate respectfully with guests, coworkers, and managers.

    Support coworkers and complete other reasonable restaurant duties as assigned.

    Schedule Expectations

    Maintain regular availability for approximately 30–40 hours per week.

    Be available to work weekdays and Saturdays.

    Be available for opening, daytime, and evening shifts based on store needs.

    Arrive on time and be ready to work at the scheduled start of each shift.

    Follow established procedures for requesting time off or reporting an absence.

    Receive management approval before working outside scheduled hours or working overtime.

    Qualifications

    Friendly, dependable, positive, and customer-focused.

    Able to follow recipes, instructions, checklists, and operating procedures.

    Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

    Willing to learn menu items, preparation standards, point-of-sale procedures, and food-safety requirements.

    Basic math and cash-handling skills.

    Able to communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and coworkers.

    Able to obtain any required food-handler permit or certification.

    Legally authorized to work in the United States.

    Previous restaurant, retail, cashier, food-service, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required. Bilingual English and Spanish skills are a plus.

    Physical and Work Requirements

    The essential duties of this position require the ability, with or without reasonable accommodation, to:

    Stand and remain active for most of a scheduled shift.

    Bend, reach, crouch, push, pull, grasp, and perform repetitive movements.

    Safely lift and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds.

    Work around blenders, juicers, knives, refrigeration equipment, cleaning products, and common food allergens.

    Work in an environment that may be busy, noisy, hot, cold, or wet.
