    Responsibilities:

    Greet and serve guests in a friendly, welcoming manner to ensure an exceptional dining experience

    Prepare and assemble menu items including burgers, hot dogs, and fresh frozen custard treats

    Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately at the point of sale

    Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant, including dining and kitchen areas

    Restock supplies and ingredients to keep service running smoothly during shifts

    Work collaboratively with team members to meet speed-of-service goals during peak hours

    Follow all food safety and handling procedures in compliance with health regulations

    Requirements:

    No prior experience required — a positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must

    Strong customer service and communication skills

    Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment

    Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic

    Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

    Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs as needed

    Food handler's card or willingness to obtain one upon hire
