Pay Type: $18.00 (during training) - $19.00/hr (after training)

Requirements:

Full-Time Position, 40+ hours per week

Must have anytime availability (Monday – Saturday from 6:00 AM – 10:30 PM)

Must be willing to learn and work Front of House and Back of House positions

Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace

Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic

Positive attitude

Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Customer Service-Oriented

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 10 hours, and be physically active for extended periods

Front of House Responsibilities:

Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality

Use our CORE 4 model to serve drive thru guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected

Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality

Operating the register and iPads at the drive thru

Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer

Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the drive thru

Learn all positions, including headset and order taking, monitor or bagging, and window

Checking for product quality and consistency

Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures

Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items

Back of House Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards

Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep

Prepare cold individual and catering menu items

Stock kitchen inventory as needed

Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times

Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A corporate

Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Manager

Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes

Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
