Goldfish Swim School is looking for confident, dependable Swim Instructors who will play a key part in advancing our mission to teach all children how to be safe in and around the water! Job Type: Full Time Pay: $20 - $22 per hour Hours Required: Sunday: 8:00am-4:00pm Monday: 12pm-8:00pm Tuesday: 12pm-8:00pm Wednesday: 12pm-8:00pm Thursday 12pm-8:00pm

What You'll Do

Teach swim lessons to children ages 4 months -12 years old using Goldfish's proven, play based curriculum

Create a safe and positive learning environment

Communicate clearly with families about swimmer's progress

Maintain pool safety

Be a supportive, professional teammate on and off the pool deck

Greet and assist families in person, over the phone, and via email/text

Educate families on Goldfish programs, scheduling, and enrollment options

Complete registration, billing tasks, and daily reports accurately

Maintain a welcoming front desk environment and support daily facility operations

Collaborate with pool deck team to ensure a smooth swimming experience

Requirements/Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old

Strong communication skills and reliability

Swim instruction, lifeguard, structured childcare, or teaching experience preferred (1-3 years)

Lifeguard, CPR/AED and First Aid certification preferred (training provided if not yet certified)

Training & Growth

Paid training provided

Lifeguard certification is required while employed

Courses made available to you for completion within 90 days of employment

You are paid for training time
