Quick Service Food Worker Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Quick Service Food Worker to join our team at our VCU or Westhampton location. This role will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for customers, taking customer orders, preparing food, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

RESPONSIBLITIES

Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner

Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

Prepare food orders as they are received

Ensure correct food presentation

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Utilize proper food-handling techniques

Follow company policies and procedures

Assist with kitchen duties, as needed

Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns in a timely manner

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent

Must have kitchen experience

Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Strong customer service skills

Able to stand for long periods of time

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
