The Role
As a Team Member, you craft the product, serve the guests, and keep the store running smoothly. We'll train you on everything — all you need to bring is a great attitude and a willingness to work.
What You'll Do
Craft high-quality milkshakes, sundaes, and dipped chocolates to standard — every time
Deliver genuine, friendly service that makes guests want to come back
Drive sales through sampling, product recommendations, and natural upselling
Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally
Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized — floor, coolers, and stockroom
Follow cash handling, food safety, and safety procedures accurately
What We're Looking For
Friendly, reliable, and a team player
Comfortable on your feet in a fast-paced environment
Customer service or cash-handling experience is a plus — not required
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
