Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with product selections.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

Assist in inventory management and restocking of products as needed.

Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and skills.

Adhere to safety and health regulations at all times.

Contribute to a positive team culture and support fellow team members.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Basic math skills for handling transactions.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
