About the Role:

Your Pie in Lumberton, NC is looking for enthusiastic and energetic Team Members to join our fast-paced, guest-focused pizzeria! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fun, collaborative team where you'll craft delicious, made-to-order pizzas and create memorable dining experiences every day.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests in a friendly, welcoming manner throughout their dining experience

Prepare and assemble made-to-order pizzas, salads, and other menu items with accuracy and speed

Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process orders and handle transactions

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across food prep, dining, and service areas

Restock ingredients and supplies to ensure smooth, uninterrupted service

Follow all food safety and handling guidelines to ensure guest and team safety

Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient and positive work environment

Requirements:

No prior experience required — a positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant environment

Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Must meet minimum age requirements for employment in North Carolina
