Job Description: We are looking for hardworking, dependable people who can keep up in a fast-paced restaurant environment and take pride in doing things the right way every shift.

This location operates with high volume, a drive-thru, and a strong team mentality. We need team members who can move with urgency, communicate clearly, stay focused under pressure, and maintain high standards even during busy rushes.

Responsibilities

Prepare and plate food accurately and consistently during high-volume shifts

Maintain speed and accuracy in both kitchen and drive-thru operations

Communicate clearly and respectfully with teammates and management

Keep workstations clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift

Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times

Assist guests professionally and ensure a positive customer experience

Support team operations by helping wherever needed during rushes

Maintain focus, urgency, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Winter availability (required), this includes the ability to work the months of Nov, Dec, & Jan

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-moving environment

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Coachable attitude and willingness to improve

Able to multitask while maintaining accuracy and cleanliness

Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks

Able to lift, carry, and move heavy items when needed

Food Handler Certification required
