Round Table Pizza has been serving legendary pizza since 1959. We take pride in fresh‑made pizzas, wings, twists, and salads every day. Our Poway dining room is a place where guests gather for parties, sports team parties, and family celebrations — and we’re looking for energetic, people‑focused team members to help us keep that tradition alive.

What You’ll Do

Learn and perform a variety of tasks: food prep, pizza assembly, cutting and wrapping, dishwashing, cashiering, delivery driving, dough rolling, and front‑room customer service

Maintain a clean restaurant and follow all health and safety requirements

Work as part of a team to deliver a great guest experience

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic English reading and writing skills

Basic math skills (addition and subtraction)

A love of pizza and serving others

Desired Skills

Previous restaurant experience preferred, but we provide training for the right fit

Ability to work closing shifts

Physical Requirements

Dough rollers must lift up to 40 pounds from ground to table

Job requires standing, walking, and occasional bending/kneeling

Pay Rate

$20–$22 per hour, based on experience

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old
