About the Role:

Join our vibrant team at Saladworks+Frutta Bowls in Chesterfield, VA, where we bring fresh, healthy meals to our community! As a Team Member, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and delicious food, making every guest's experience memorable.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve fresh salads, bowls, smoothies and more to meet customer orders.

Provide friendly and efficient customer service during all interactions.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and kitchen.

Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure quality.

Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.

Handle cash register operations and process transactions accurately.

Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.

Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years old with a passion for healthy food.

Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus.

Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
