Pay: $16.50–$18/hour, based on experience

Schedule: Weekends required; day and night shifts available

We're hiring a Team Member at Wayback Burgers in Monroe — we’d love to meet you! We run a true team-first kitchen: everyone does everything. Your main focus will be building sandwiches as our sandwich artist, but you'll also learn the register, prep, grill, and more — meaning you'll walk away with real, well-rounded restaurant skills, not just one. What you'll do:

- Build sandwiches to order, following recipes and portioning standards
- Take orders and run the register when needed
- Help with prep, stocking, and keeping your station clean and organized
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Pitch in across other stations as needed — our team supports each other, no matter the role
