    The Team Member Services (generally called Human Resources, but we view interaction with teammates differently)/Administrative Lead role will be responsible for managing the team member lifecycle within our organization, from recruitment to termination, as well as handling team member relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance. The selected candidate will also play a crucial role in shaping company culture, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Training and Development:

    Identify training needs, develop training programs, and support teammate growth and development.

    Employee Engagement:

    Foster a positive and engaging work environment, organize teammate events, and promote teammate satisfaction.

    Team Member Relations:

    Address teammate concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster positive relationships between teammates.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    Manage payroll and ensure fair and competitive compensation packages.

    Recruitment and Onboarding:

    Identify staffing needs, attract qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and handle the onboarding process for new hires.

    Performance Management:

    Manage performance appraisals, provide feedback, and address performance issues.

    Compliance/Policy Development:

    Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including maintaining teammate records, develop and implement policies and procedures, and handle disciplinary actions.

    Administrative Responsibilities:

    Support miscellaneous administrative tasks, such as greeting and directing visitors, entering vendor invoices into the ERP system, and other related duties.
