🥪 TEAM MEMBER

Be the face of Capriotti’s! You’ll create amazing guest experiences while preparing our award-winning sandwiches.

What You’ll Do:

Greet guests with energy and a genuine smile

Take accurate orders (in-store & drive-thru if applicable)

Prepare fresh sandwiches and salads to recipe standards

Keep the restaurant clean and organized

Follow food safety standards

Work as part of a fast-moving, supportive team

What We’re Looking For:

16+ years old

Positive attitude & strong work ethic

Dependable and ready to learn

⭐ SHIFT LEAD

Ready for the next step? As a Shift Lead, you’ll help run the shift, support the team, and ensure smooth operations.

What You’ll Do:

Lead by example and motivate team members

Ensure excellent guest service every shift

Help manage workflow during busy periods

Support training and development of new hires

Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards

Assist with cash handling and shift responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:

Leadership mindset

Previous food service experience preferred

Strong communication skills

Reliable and professional under pressure
