    GENERAL SUMMARY: The Assistant Account Executive will be responsible for a wide array of duties to build connection between Lexus, Team One headquarters and the four Team One regional offices.

    DAY TO DAY: •    Coordinate marketing needs with regional offices and brief the appropriate creative and production teams at headquarters. This includes print, digital and out of home deliverables. •    Manage all broadcast and digital trafficking instructions for Tier 2 media buys •    Support the Account Executive in monthly television and radio incentive tagging efforts. •    Act as liaison with regional contact(s) and Team One headquarters to investigate questions regarding campaigns or media plans. •    Plays a vital role in distribution of monthly incentives across various channels. •    Builds relationships with account leads at Team One headquarters and in the four regional offices. •    Provides day to day administrative support: server maintenance, meeting notes, meeting setup, meeting invites, email list management. •    Prepares various reports and decks for the client and for the regional offices. •    Provides direct support to Account Executive and Management Supervisor on daily tasks and assignments.

    EXPERIENCE: •    2 years office experience preferred.

    EDUCATION: •    A bachelor’s degree is preferred.  

    SKILLS AND ABILITIES:  •    Must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  •    Proficient administrative and computer skills required. Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.  •    Must have attention to detail.  •    Must be well-rounded, responsible, self-starter with a “team player” attitude with an interest in the automotive, marketing industry.
