Team One Credit Union is seeking a qualified candidate to join its E-Services Department. The E-Services team operates from the downtown Saginaw location (520 Hayden St) and is responsible for a variety of duties which include: *Online banking/bill pay troubleshooting & resolution *Establishing membership accounts originated via Team One website *Mobile Deposit monitoring & processing *ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) balancing & operation *Offsite ATM monitoring, balancing, & replenishment *Facilitation of all electronic loan closing packages The desired skills, behaviors, and experience include: *Credit Union/Banking background (required) *Familiarity with financial institution core platform & DocuSign systems *Work history which demonstrates knowledge of multiple Credit Union/Banking departments *Ability to multi-task & move quickly from one assignment to another *Willingness to work Mon-Fri between 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. & be included in Saturday shift rotation (typically one Saturday per month) *Impeccable member service skills *Ability to display patience with technology-challenged members and staff Team One offers competitive wages, health insurance, and 401K.
