    A top-producing, nationally recognized real estate team is seeking a Team Operations Manager to oversee the administrative, marketing, and operational functions of a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This pivotal role ensures that every listing, transaction, and client interaction reflects the exceptional standards of a luxury real estate brand. This is a dynamic position requiring strategic thinking, precise execution, and a service-first mindset. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, balancing detail with efficiency, and delivering a seamless experience for clients, agents, and partners alike. Responsibilities: • Operational Leadership – Manage day-to-day team operations, including transaction coordination, listing preparation, and compliance with brokerage and CAR requirements. • Vendor & Project Management – Oversee scheduling and coordination with stagers, photographers, inspectors, and contractors to ensure every property is market-ready. • Systems & Workflow Oversight – Maintain and refine team systems (CRM, project management tools, databases) to maximize efficiency and accountability. • Marketing Coordination – Execute marketing initiatives including brochures, postcards, digital campaigns, social media, and client events—ensuring alignment with luxury brand standards. • Financial Administration – Track budgets, invoices, and expenses related to listings, marketing, and operations. • Client & Partner Communication – Support client interactions, ensuring an exceptional and consistent experience throughout the transaction. • Brokerage & Agent Liaison – Serve as the primary point of contact with brokerage, escrow, title, and cooperating agents. • Executive Support – Provide high-level support to lead agents while maintaining operational accountability across the team. • Qualifications: • Proven experience in real estate operations, transaction coordination, or team management (luxury experience preferred). • Strong knowledge of California real estate contracts, forms, and compliance. • Proficiency with CRM systems, project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Cloze), MLS, DocuSign, and Google Workspace. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills ; polished, professional presence. • Proficient on Mac OS. • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive problem solver. • Professionalism, discretion, and a client-service mindset aligned with a luxury brand. • Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid California real estate license. Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 yearly + Incentive
