Job Summary

We are seeking a California-licensed Physcial Therapist Assistant with experience to join our team! As an Physical Therapist Assistant, you will be working closely with Physical Therapists as well as other Assistants to provide therapy and support for our patients. The ideal candidate has strong time management skills, excellent customer service skills, and knowledge of physical therapy guidelines and recommendations.

Responsibilities

Read, understand, and follow all plans of care and therapy laid out for patients under your care

Assist patients with exercise

Assist Physical Therapists with communication, and care coordination as needed

Assemble, clean, and maintain equipment and materials used on a daily basis

Attend care plans for patients, provide input, and go over patient care plans

Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and changes

Qualifications

California-licensed Physical therapist Assistant required

Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude

Familiarity with EMR Software for Physical Therapy preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong time management skills

The ability to make decisions in a high-energy environment
