Responsibilities: • Execute a lead generation lever • Conduct open houses monthly • Convert prospects and lead gen activities to appointments • Participate in script practice per team standards • Participate in team activities per team standards • Commit to 1:1 coaching sessions and training • Consult with sellers & buyers to convert to listings • Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers • Attend and promote client events • Keep your task in CRM updated Qualifications: • Team player • Licensed real estate professional • 2+ years’ of real estate sales experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Learning-based, growth-minded • Organized • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues • Excellent time management skills • Willing to learn new and improved methods and systems • Great Listener • Able to connect with people quickly • Willingness to be on time • Attention to detail • General Knowledge of the area Compensation: $125,000 - $250,000 at plan yearly
