Job Description
Team Solutions Dental in Sanford, FL is looking to fill 2-3 immediate Customer Service and Support Courier positions in our shipping & receiving department. Our laboratory serves over 250 dentists in the greater central Florida area. Our couriers are responsible for collecting cases from our customers and bringing them to our lab in Sanford to sort and organize each case for our technicians. Once our technicians complete the cases, our couriers drive them back to the dentists' office. We value the role our couriers play because more than the tasks listed above, they are the face of our organization. They are the ones who build lasting relationships with the dentists. They work hard to better the customer experience by helping to solve problems, brighten days, and elevate concerns to the Team Solutions Executive Team. They are the trusted liaison between the lab and the customer. This position is considered an entry-level position and starts at $12.00/hr for the first 90 as you learn the business.
