Responsibilities: Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience Hold open houses regularly to effectively introduce clients to the market Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Be resolutely persistent when challenges arise Serve as a strong advocate for clients and their goals Be an organizational and time management professional Get to know your clients and determine their needs while building rapport Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Compensation: $100,000
