The Marketing and Social Media Assistant position is responsible for generating traffic to new and existing home communities by creating and delivering marketing ideas and activities; creating content and managing social media channels; maintaining inventory of collateral materials; planning events, meetings and trade shows; developing and maintaining new community launch timeline. You will be intimately involved in helping our agency communicate the value we bring to the community. Our Marketing and Social Media Assistant will be responsible for building and executing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to help expand our brand. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing and managing a variety of Facebook ad campaigns from beginning to end. Responsibilities will include conceptualizing the campaign, developing and executing all ads, and analyzing ad performance results. We want a high productive social media guru! Responsibilities: Produce and implement all ads for Facebook Update all MLS listings Maintains website included all content, SEO, and tracking analytics Thinks outside the box when delivering social media content Arrange for and implement all team events and post highlights on social media Edits and maintains social content for communities Produce marketing for all agency events including team events, new listings and open houses Produce new advertising and marketing campaigns Monitor incoming leads and prospects and incorporate into marketing campaigns • Design flyers/ social media banners/ marketing related materials for Team Leaders, team and office in timely and efficient manner • Graphic design • Create and Post Craigslist, Facebook, Instagram ads for each listing- delivering engaging content in a fresh, attracting way to audiences • Constantly study and learn latest marketing methods, trends, and implement • Respond / Follow Up / Track incoming leads from marketing efforts Qualifications: Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong communication skills Loves a challenge Demonstrates professionalism both in-person and on the phone Marketing Degree or equivalent work experience required Excellent track record in marketing and sales performance Compensation: $12 - $13 hourly
