We are a top selling real estate agency in the area and need someone who can create, produce and edit high quality video and photography for our marketing purposes. Responsibilities: Plan for multiple shoots per day/week and be available in order to serve our clients Photograph and/or video properties for online and print marketing purposes so buyers show interest quickly Provide assistance in website and social media marketing to ensure properties and agency are presented in a professional and enticing manner Advise real estate agents and homeowners on staging during the photo shoot to help ensure the best visual results Ability to produce high quality virtual tours to post on various websites and attractively market the most homes possible Qualifications: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines Comfortable working with many different kinds of people and has the ability to make adjustments and act on feedback on projects Experience working with different lenses, lighting and video equipment Must possess excellent computer skills and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite Real estate photography experience a plus, but we will train the right person Compensation: $25,000
