    Part-Time We are a successful and busy real estate team looking for a friendly, reliable, well-organized, and hard-working individual to keep in constant contact with our current and past clients. The goal of this position is to emphasize above-and-beyond, "WOW" service to our clients. The ideal applicant will possess a pleasant telephone manner and great people skills, will be able to cultivate many referrals from the relationships created, and will have no hesitancy jumping on the phone. The "Wow Coordinator", as we call it, will be someone who naturally loves creating friendships everywhere (s)he goes, and values people, service, and community over anything else. This will be part-time to start, with room to expand to full-time in the future.  Responsibilities: • Reach out to current and past clients to make sure they are getting five star service throughout the entire process • Help to identify, communicate, and correct any issues that may affect the client's feelings about the level of service they are receiving • Design elegant gift baskets, cards, and social media posts to celebrate transaction milestones with the clients • Schedule, coordinate, co host, and photograph all buyer housewarming parties • Design gifts and coordinate awards for the most impactful team members each month • Keep the team office presentable with appealing decor and supplies • Run occasional errands for executive team and for client/office supplies • Manage the front desk and lobby, and give a warm welcome to visitors to create an amazing first impression Qualifications: • A natural people-person • An eye for elegance and attention to detail • Experience with event coordination a plus • No phone hesitancy • Availability on some weekends • Reliable transportation Compensation: $15 / hour
