We should probably talk! We need an Executive Assistant for our team. This position provides an opportunity to work in a fast growing, ambitious real estate team at a successful Ventura brokerage. The successful candidate will support sales agents and executives with back-office administration while also achieving company growth through planning, organizing and marketing. Also in this position, he/she will be a communication liaison, managing certain aspects of internal communication and public relations. Responsibilities: Liaise between the supervising broker and clients Oversee the broker’s schedules, team meetings, and travel arrangements Input information received about clients through streamlined database management Answer phone calls, emails, and other requests and notify broker of necessary details • Social media posts • Social media ad creation and management • Light Adobe Design Suite usage • Light video editing • Light HTML coding and CSS styling • Creating stocking property flyers • Building marketing packages • Helping with lead generation and database maintenance • Creating and submitting accountability reports • Recruiting ads • Office supply orders • Processing checks • Tracking commissions • File management • Other miscellaneous tasks and projects to support executive team Qualifications: 2-3 years experience providing administrative support in a personal assistant role, or similar • Proficient skills in MS Office and Adobe Design Suite • Excellent grammatical ability • An eye for appealing layouts • Hard working without supervision • Technologically savvy • Reliable transportation • Mindset of learning and growing Compensation: $13 - $16 hourly DOE
