We have an opening for a full-time, in-house Lead Coordinator on a top-producing Ventura real estate team. Our ideal candidate will be a team player who is organized, reliable, system-oriented, consistent, self-motivated and passionate about his or her role on the team. Responsibilities: • Appointment management, assignment, and reassignment • Help send communications and updates to lead database • Contact interested leads to gauge levels of motivation and potential for appointments • General grooming and reporting of database information • Keep pipelines, notes, labels, and agent assignment updated according to agent feedback • Notify inside sales team of high priority leads and calls • Compile key data reports for executive business and budgeting decisions Qualifications: • Extremely organized • Naturally attentive to detail • Exceptional customer service and communication skills • Proactive working style • Fast adaptability to existing systems • The mindset of absolute ownership of the position Compensation: $15 - $18/hr
