    Knowledge of insurance or a business background is helpful but not required if you are interested in learning the right way to approach risk management.

    BENEFITS Base salary of $50,000 plus bonus based on attaining objectives.  Compensation will increase commensurately with success.  Realistic first year total compensation $65,000 - $75,000.

    The employer will reimburse employee for pre-approved coursework upon successful completion.

    Approved business expenses are reimbursed.

    RESPONSIBILITIES THE GOAL IS TO UTILIZE YOUR SKILLS TO INTRODUCE THE AGENCY'S UNIQUE APPROACH TO SOLVING CLIENTS' INSURANCE NEEDS: 

    • Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
    • Develop tactics to populate the sales funnel to generate insurance quotes and assisting with sales presentations.
    • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Centers of Influence.
    • Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
    • Be outstanding at relationship building.
    • Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
    • Meet new business production goals and objectives as mutually established.

    REQUIREMENTS SELF-MOTIVATED, RESOURCEFUL  AND ETHICAL APPROACH TO DEALING WITH PROSPECTS, CLIENTS, AND ASSOCIATES.

    • Familiarity with the marketing and sales process using CRM tools
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence, and sell effectively.
    • Experience in developing in long-lasting relationships.
    • Familiarity with social media and digital marketing
    • Ability to grasp the essential concepts of insurance and risk management
