Team Toyota is expanding our top-rated Internet Auto Call Center. We are looking for qualified customer service candidates to monitor internet leads and respond in a timely fashion. Applicants must possess excellent written, verbal and telephone skills to effectively set appointments. Call center or automotive experience is a preference but not a must. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to effectively communicating with customers and directly responding to their inquiries. Primary responses are via telephone, text, email, and live chat. This is not a sales position. Your main responsibility will be setting up and converting internet leads into showroom customers.
Fulltime position: The hours are Monday – Friday from 10am – 6pm. No Saturdays or nights.
Salary: $17.00 / hour with additional bonus opportunities every month.
