Chick-fil-A Leadership Team Member

Position Summary:

As a member of our Leadership Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Chick-fil-A restaurant. This includes ensuring excellence in all areas of operations—such as food production, preparation, guest experience, team development, inventory management, and facility upkeep. You will play a key role in upholding Chick-fil-A’s high standards and delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily operations to ensure compliance with Chick-fil-A standards.
• Lead and develop team members through coaching, training, and feedback.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and team members.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.
• Demonstrate financial accountability and support profitability goals.
• Proactively resolve conflicts and ensure positive customer experiences.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a leadership capacity, preferably in food service or a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
• Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and ability to model Chick-fil-A’s values and culture.

Additional Information:

• This position requires availability for a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Leadership Team Members are expected to lead by example and foster a culture of excellence, integrity, and hospitality.

Closed Sundays

All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.

Work Directly With A Chick-fil-A Operator

The Operator, Ryan Taylor, is an independent business person, responsible for the operation of the restaurant. He likes to invest time in his employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.
