    TeamBuilders Employment & Business Solutions has an excellent career opportunity for an experienced SALES & PROJECT COORDINATOR to join a FOOD PROCESSING company in the Fresno, CA area.

    Our client company is a leader in growing, sourcing, transportation and sales of the highest quality produce and ingredients to global customers.

    The Sales & Project Coordinator will be an integral member of the Sales and Operations team in providing their customers with exceptional product quality and superior customer service. Within this position, the Sales & Project Coordinator will be responsible for handling multiple priorities and projects and providing support to the management team, multiple departments, vendors and customers.

    Company offers an exceptional benefits package, outstanding work environment and a competitive salary range between $55K -$80K yearly, DOE.

    RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SALES & PROJECT COORDINATOR TO INCLUDE:

    • Support the Sales Management team with daily maintenance of accounts, sample and document requests, project tracking and analysis, inventory tracking and reconciliation, sales reporting, providing accurate preparation of product pricing, providing sales quotes to customers and determining a strategic approach for the team to accomplish and deliver company objectives
    • Enter sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, customer data and update changes to existing accounts in several corporate and customer databases, ERP systems and software programs
    • Manage supply chain data, inventory tracking, planning and communication with regard to shipments and deliveries
    • Collaborate with multiple departments and managers within the company (Logistics, QA, Finance, Production, etc.) to implement  appropriate strategies and plans of action, resolve issues and deliver solutions that surpass customer needs and drive profitable growth
    • Provide direct support to the CFO with special projects by assisting with costing, research, reconciliation, analysis and weekly reporting
    • Coordinate with internal support teams to guarantee timely execution of requests
    • Research and troubleshoot client issues
    • Additional related duties as required

     

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS OF THE SALES & PROJECT COORDINATOR:

    • Minimum BA/BS degree in Food Science, Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, Agribusiness, Marketing or related field

    • 5+ years’ experience within a sales or project support function within Food Processing, Grower/Packer/Shipper or related industry

    • Advanced computer skills; MS Office Applications, ERP Systems, Supply Chain Management Systems and Database Programs

    • Previous experience handling accounting support, research, costing & coordinating, compiling  and reporting data

    • Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects and external demands with a high level of accuracy and sense of urgency

    • Impeccable problem solving, detail orientation, organizational and time management skills

    • Tremendous analytical skills

    • Professional communication skills (interpersonal, verbal and written)

    • Outstanding ability to build and maintain robust, productive relationships

    • Flexible self-starter with strong work ethic, results driven and ability to switch gears seamlessly

    • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
