Job Summary
Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries by phone calls and emails, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problems, and determines and implements solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Respond to queries mostly over the phone, email or chat.
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software..
Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
Install computer peripherals for users.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent Time management skills and punctuality
Great customer service skills
Requires knowledge of the Microsoft Windows 10 operating system, Mac OS a strong plus.
