Job Description
This candidate will work as back office support to our Enterprise sales team. TeamViewer is looking for a strategic thinker who is always improving best practices and existing processes in order to provide support during all stages of the sales cycle. This role will be critical to sales and will act as the liaison between internal teams, customers and partners.
- Assists our Enterprise sales force by placing orders
- Completes vendor registration forms
- Create proposals in NAL
- Draft and complete invoices
- Ensures invoices are amended as needed
- Reassigns accounts
- Forwards requests into our formal IT security review process
- Sends requests into our formal legal signature process (e.g. and NDA)
- Runs reports for sales team on usage, users, contacts, existing accounts and more
- Leads adjudication and tracking interfacing with Marketing to ensure leads are properly passed, processed, data enriched and tracking of results and conversions are reported on weekly
- Assigns leads in HubSpot to the sales team according to territory
- Basic data entry as needed
