We are seeking a highly creative Multimedia Professional to contribute to an innovative program supporting a classified government customer. Our ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional conceptual problem-solving skills and the ability to transform customer requirements into visually captivating and innovative solutions that align with learning objectives.

Job Duties:

• Create visually appealing illustrations, infographics, videos, and interactive e-learning products.

• Translate storyboard content into the desired media, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

• Collaborate closely with Instructional System Designers and other Multimedia Artists to achieve cohesive project outcomes.

• Adhere to established style guides for art assets, maintaining consistency in visual representation.

• Utilize project management tools for tasking and workflow organization.

• Attend team meetings to actively contribute to collaborative discussions.

• Conduct quality assurance checks on team members' artwork to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Develop branding and other standardized training templates to enhance visual consistency.

Required Experience:

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience OR Master's Degree and 6 years of experience.

• Proficiency in the Creative Suite Master Collection (After Effects, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).

• Proficient in video and audio editing.

• Strong proficiency in traditional illustration techniques, including perspective, composition, layout, and understanding of line weight.

• Proficiency in multiple illustration styles and techniques.

• Experience with creating and manipulating vector graphics.

Desired Experience:

• Experience in designing from storyboards.

• Animation experience.

• Familiarity with gamification concepts.

• Experience with multimedia authoring tools like Articulate Storyline.

• Familiarity with 3D modeling in Maya or similar software.

• Experience with process management tools like Jira.
