We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Cashier/Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities:
\- Greet customers and provide assistance with their shopping needs
\- Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately
\- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
\- Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions
\- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
\- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed
\- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, returns, and exchanges
Qualifications:
\- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
\- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
\- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating totals
\- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
\- Ability to speak multiple languages, including Russian, Ukrainian or Polish is a bonus
Ideal candidate will be from Bethesda/Rockville area
