Director of Emergency Services / 1800 BoardUp
The Director of Emergency Services (1-800 BoardUp) will establish, develop, maintain, and manage a First Responder Relationship and to Soft Chase emergency incidents as directed by BUP policies. The Director of Emergency Services will respond to incidents requiring the intervention of a restoration company emergency response team; they include but are not limited to: fires, floods, wind storms, water emergencies, and other emergencies. The Director of Emergency Services will serve as an extension of the fire service in providing victim assistance and emergency scene stabilization. 1-800-BOARDUP understands how unique the fire service profession is; it’s important to us that we speak the language and understand the mission of those we support and serve.

General knowledge of tools and construction background to assist in BoardUp operations helpful. Working knowledge of fire scene protocols preferred. Responsibilities:1. Operate under the supervision of the Boardup Division Manager.2. To respond to and assist victims of fires, floods, water emergencies, and other applicable emergency events.3. Work closely with the emergency response crews and customers to establish a relationship and level of trust.4. Liaison and provide education & assistance to fire / disaster victims utilizing the 1-800 BOARDUP Victim Assistance Program.5. Establish contractual relationships with property owners and disaster victims concerning structural fire repair and construction / putback.6. These responsibilities may require the employee to respond to events at all hours of the day, including: evenings, overnight, weekends, holidays, and at other times as deemed necessary by Teasdale Fenton management.7. Produce accurate Post Incident Reports and other associated paperwork.8. Schedule and supervise part-time and full-time First Responders, as well as a marketing representative.Compensation:Base salary plus bonuses
