Teasdale Fenton Cleaning and Property Restoration is a local, family-owned company headquartered in the Greater Cincinnati area serving Southwest Ohio, Northern Kentucky, Southeast Indiana and the Columbus area. Teasdale Fenton has experienced rapid growth in the restoration business and is currently looking to fill a Night Carpet Cleaning Technician position in the Cincinnati, OH area.Position Summary / Purpose

Assist in servicing customers through the timely and effective delivery of our carpet and cleaning services.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities· Effectively perform all carpet cleaning services the company offers · Carpet cleaning (truck-mount and portable) · Upholstery cleaning · Tile and Grout Cleaning · Deodorizing · Dry cleaning · Bonnet / Encapsulation cleaning · Follows company health and safety rules · Communicate effectively with customers · Inspect completed work · Complete technician’s paperwork · Complete Work Orders

Additional Duties and Responsibilities· Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles · Maintain inventory of related supplies

Education and Industry Certification:· High School Graduate · Experience helpful, but we will train the right candidate

Pay is commission based, with the ability to make $50-75kMust be available to work evenings Sunday-Thursday. 5 pm -2 am. Some Saturday evenings required
