We're looking for an experienced graphic designer who can bring some creativity to a startup workforce development company. Our goals are to train and help people jumpstart their tech writing careers and also help companies with their user experience content and copywriting needs. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Creative graphic designer with a strong storytelling background
- Thinks about the visuals necessary for a customer's journey from beginning to end
- Experience with creating content for online launches and marketing campaigns
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
- Create images/visual designs for pitch deck presentations for customers and partner employers
- Create graphics for social media posts including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and LinkedIn for different customer segments and markets
- Create email headers and images for email campaigns
- Create banners, graphics, and images for landing pages and web pages to promote the company and its offerings
- Curate and create visual updates about what the team is doing to generate interest in our offerings and partnership opportunities
- Curate and create graphics and visuals for a variety of launch campaigns that resonate with our audiences and encourage engagement
- Create graphics, images, and visual content for course modules, workbooks, email series, and other resources
- Review customer feedback, determine their needs, and translate them into visual/graphic ideas
- Help build our audience through the development of a strong visual brand that our audience resonates and engages with
