    QUALIFICATIONS & JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Two to Three years of experience preferably working in Information Technology Industry, having in depth skills of customer Support & Sales

    • New Customer on-boarding

    • Answering Phone calls

    • Coordination Intradepartmental

    • Motivated self-starter

    • Ability to clearly communicate verbally and written along with Internal team(s)

    • Experience in IT industry is preferred

    • Time Management skills

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Customer Support

    • Customer Satisfaction

    • Processing Estimate Approvals etc.
