QUALIFICATIONS & JOB DESCRIPTION:
Two to Three years of experience preferably working in Information Technology Industry, having in depth skills of customer Support & Sales
New Customer on-boarding
Answering Phone calls
Coordination Intradepartmental
Motivated self-starter
Ability to clearly communicate verbally and written along with Internal team(s)
Experience in IT industry is preferred
Time Management skills
