    Due to our continued growth, we’re currently looking for a Product Acquisition Manager to execute the direct sales team strategy and achieve targets set for growth and profitability.

    THE SALES MANAGER WILL:

    • First and foremost, embrace and live our core values. Beyond skills, education or experience, we only welcome talent to our team who align with our driven, team-focused and collaborative culture.
    • Apply their bachelor’s degree in business, communication, or sales, (or equivalent experience), plus 2-5 years of sales management experience to manage the sales activities and drive our targeted growth objectives.
    • As a talent developer, effectively recruit, train, coach and mentor the sales team to achieve target goals. This person is a hands-on mentor, supporter and leader who ensures a productive team environment.
    • Models proven sales strategies for acquiring new direct clients.
    • Flex their superior written and verbal communication skills to craft sales scripts and represent the Tech Defenders brand in the marketplace. 
    • Be a driven influencer with a passion and sense of urgency for continuous improvement, closing deals and delivering results. 
    • Utilize their strong organizational skills, attention to detail and technical competence to optimize CRM system as well as other technology.
