We are looking for a dedicated Salesforce Solution Architect. EST hours is a must, non negotiable. More so, the next several months most of the work will not just be with the east coast team (all over) but a fair portion with regional EMEA team (remotely).

Responsibilities for Salesforce Architect:

Architect role, handles development support for all users in regards to Salesforce POCs and functionality issues

Creates user guides and best practices for effective use of Salesforce within the organization

Establishes, maintains and manages clear governance structure across platform

CPQ and Billing Growth experience

Works in Billing modules by configuring Invoices, bill pay, A/R, AP

Familiar with DocuSign, Stripe, Avalara (or comparable vendors/integrations)

Assists in migrating multiple workflow and Process builders to Flows from DEV, Staging/UAT to PROD

Third party integrations through Celigo (or similar)

Third party integration for document storage

ERP (NetSuite preferred) exposure
