PENSION ADMINISTRATOR:
CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCAL TO ORANGE CT AREA. THEY WILL BE EXPECTED TO WORK ONSITE ONCE THE OFFICE RE-OPENS.
• RESEARCH AND RESOLVE MONTHLY ACTUARIAL RELATED DATA QUESTIONS AND ASSIST WITH SPECIAL DATA REMEDIATION PROJECTS • RESEARCH AND RESPOND TO PENSION RELATED EMPLOYEES INQUIRIES THROUGH THE SERVICE NOW CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM • REVIEW MONTHLY “DEATH REPORTS” AND COORDINATE WITH EXTERNAL VENDORS AND INTERNAL RESOURCES AS NEEDED • POINT PERSON FOR PENSION AUDIT RELATED EMPLOYEE DATA REQUESTS AND RESEARCH • USE PENSION TRUSTEE SYSTEM TO RUN MONTHLY/QUARTERLY/ANNUAL REPORTING AS NEEDED • PARTICIPATE IN OTHER PENSION RELATED AS HOC PROJECTS, AS REQUIRED
• ASSOCIATES DEGREE – MINIMUM REQUIRED • AT LEAST THREE YEARS OF PENSION ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE • INTERMEDIATE MICROSOFT EXCEL AND WORD SKILLS REQUIRED • SAP AND CASE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE PREFERRED • DETAIL ORIENTED AND EXTREMELY ORGANIZED • STRONG WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS • ABILITY TO WORK BOTH INDEPENDENTLY AND IN A TEAM ENVIRONMENT

Pay: $21.50 - $24.50 per hour
