    Description

    DentalQore is looking for a reliable Tech Support Agent who can:

    • Technical Issue Resolution: Assisting clients with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to their websites, ensuring functionality and performance are optimized.
    • Website Maintenance: Making updates to clients' existing websites, including content changes, layout adjustments, and technical configurations.
    • Performance Analysis: Reviewing and discussing clients' website performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Inbound Support: Addressing client inquiries through inbound phone calls and email, with a focus on resolving technical problems efficiently.
    • Customer Guidance: Offering clear guidance and technical support to clients, ensuring they understand the functionality and features of their websites.

    More Details About This Position:

    • A full-time in office position in American Fork, Utah.

    Qualifications

    • Proficient in reading and modifying HTML5, PHP, CSS, JavaScript and react.
    • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat.
    • Experience with WordPress.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills.
    • Ability to multi-task effectively.
    • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
    • Positive attitude and a deep personal drive to excel.
    • Driven to expand technical knowledge and grow within the company.

    Bonus Qualifications

    • Experience with jQuery.
    • Ability to configure email clients (Outlook, Mac Mail, etc.).
    • Professional phone manner with solid customer service skills.
    • Previous web development experience.
    • Currently a Utah resident.
