Remote worker - No time zone restrictions. Manager prefers someone in pacific time but if not person to have flexibility with their hours.

Ideal candidate: has experience in global development, needs to be fluent in R or Python. Dev operational tools. Exp in exome sequencing, RNA-seq, and high-throughput proteomics, causal genomics analysis, gene expression. Must be prepared to an R programming screen and a 45 min presentation for interview process.
would be great if candidate has a Git Hub listed on resume so they can see the workers coding examples and style of work.

Start would need to be in January 2024 no sooner due to budget.

Doctorate degree OR Master degree and 3 years of experience OR Bachelor degree and 5 years of experience OR Associate degree and 10 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience

The Clinical Biomarkers & Diagnostics (CBD) department at is looking for a highly motivated Computational Biologist with expertise in causal machine learning models and the development of predictive signatures from multi-omics and multi-modal biomarker data to enable clinical biomarker discovery and development.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $56.00 - $66.00 per hour
