    Job Description

    SERVICENOW ITBM SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR 

    9+ MONTHS

    REMOTE / SACRAMENTO, CA

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Following SNOW best practices in module configuration and maintenance.
    • Works with the business to identify requirement, collect them and translate to technical requirements
    • Works with business users to identify and refine ITBM business requirements and workflows
    • Coordinates the installation and testing of updates and new release
    • Identifies and defines business solutions for all ITBM users
    • Assists with troubleshooting patch / release management issues
    • Aids in translating business requirements into technical requirements
    • Develops UI forms, fields, notifications, and workflows
    • Builds reports, gauges, and home pages
    • Maintains service level agreements (SLA) and monitor SLA workflows
    • Creates, monitors, modifies, and publishes service catalog workflows with approvals
    • Creates access control rules (ACL)

    MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

    • Experience with IT Finance, PPM, SDLC and Application Portfolio Management tools
    • Experience in Java, JavaScript, Web Services, AJAX, XML
    • Experience in implementing ServiceNow processes and functions
    • Experience with web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3)
    • Integration experience with directories, such as Active Directory using methods such as LDAPs
    • Integration experience with Financial or Project Accounting systems
    • Knowledge of related Finance Systems and their functions
    • Web Services integration experience
    • Expertise implementing, configuring and customizing ServiceNow preferred

    TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Certified ServiceNow Administrator
    • ServiceNow system administrator training
    • ITIL v3 Certification
    • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification
