DATA MIGRATION CONSULTANT PROGRAMMER / PROGRAMMER

SACRAMENTO, CA / 12+ MONTHS

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:

The Programmer must meet the following mandatory qualifications, skills, and experience.

1. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity. 
2. Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. 
3. A minimum of three (3) years administering and maintaining SQL based relational databases. 
4. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in SQL query development, query optimizations, rule-based transformation, and source file preparation. 
5. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in implementing, configuring, utilizing and administering a formal data quality management platform. 
6. A minimum of three (3) years of experience working and collaborating with multiple vendors in a single project environment. 
7. A minimum of three (3) years of experience with and knowledge of data cleansing and transformation strategies and best practices.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

The following is/are desirable qualifications, skills and experience may possess: 

1. Experience with Experian Pandora Data Quality Management Tool. 
2. Development of data quality goals, metrics and key performance indicators.
