OVERVIEW
TechOp Solutions is seeking Business Intel Analyst Subject Matter Experts to support a federal client in Washington, DC and San Antonio, TX. This role is responsible for execution of IT stakeholder management across the portfolio and requires high-level interactions with the client and senior management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review, update, and implement a stakeholder engagement plan to support collaboration with and between the functional and IT communities and other stakeholders (i.e., other AF mission support functions and CE service providers)
- Identify and coordinate participation of relevant stakeholders in functional working groups, technical exchanges, and other forums to communicate activities supporting systems, system updates, and new and enhanced system status
- Coordinate scheduling, facilitation, and preparation/distribution of meeting minutes and other deliverables for stakeholder meetings to provide consistent messaging to the user community
- Recommend communications, objectives, intended audience, methods to accomplish communication objectives, and evaluation criteria to measure performance of communications activities
- Provide outreach communications utilizing various media sources to disseminate a clear and holistic view of system activities
- Provide technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments
- Establish goals and plans that meet project objectives. Has domain and expert technical knowledge
- Direct and control activities for the client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met
- Plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming
REQUIREMENTS
- BA/BS, MA/MS preferred
- 10+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence analytics
- Experience with business intelligence and data analytic technologies
- Applicants must have a completed and maintained an active NACLC investigation
- Experience in information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming for federal agencies
- Effective communicator in written, visual, and verbal mediums, all of which are utilized to address senior leaders responsible for high visibility projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite required: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
