We are currently seeking a Full Stack Java Developer to contribute to an exciting federal project to create, transform, and modernize applications and data platforms. JOB DESCRIPTION

The talented engineer will provide full-stack java development for a federal client in a collaborative agile environment. TechSur Solutions has co-located Agile teams that work together with our clients to build high-quality solutions. The senior java developer builds and updates cloud-native microservices. This program is handling new development and enhancements on an enterprise project with new technologies! (Java 8, Spring Boot, Microservices in an AWS environment)

RESPONSIBILITIES Hands-on coding/development to the current enterprise system Research, designs, and develops software systems. Design application objects that work together to produce the desired product. Develops and executes Test Driven Development tests, integration tests, automated testing. Works with agile teams to refine requirements and to identify areas for enhancement

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience developing and implementing software solutions using Java Experience with the following is a plus:

Microservices, J2EE, Oracle 11g, Spring, Apache, and Web Service Development with SOAP or REST)

Experience developing and implementing software designs to solve business problems and produce high-quality architecture artifacts with attention to detail.

IT experience in agile Full Life Cycle development, to include system design architecture, development, maintenance, and support in an agile development environment

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
