    **Project Overview

    The technical communication specialist will be responsible for creating, reviewing, organizing, and maintaining documentation related to EA and IT standards, such as policies, standards, best practices, reference guides, technical specifications, training materials, process manuals, procedures, and other relevant documents. The candidate will also be responsible for resolving comments received in documents and creating presentations and other materials for briefings with management.

    **Requirement Skills/Qualifications:

    • Collaborating with IT Standards Team members, Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to identify, gather, and validate information on various IT standards, best practices, policies, and components of the enterprise architecture program.

    • Developing and maintaining clear, concise, and accurate documentation, such as reference guides, technical specifications, process manuals, architecture overviews, system specifications, process maps, data flow diagrams, PowerPoint presentations, user manuals, and training materials that are tailored to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

    • Ensuring consistent terminology, style, and formatting across all IT standards documentation, including developing templates and style guides.

    • Continuously update documentation to reflect changes in IT standards, technology, regulations, industry best practices, user feedback, and lessons learned while maintaining proper version control, including drafts and final editions.

    • Managing the documentation repository, ensuring easy access to, version control, and proper organization of documents.

    • Assisting in the preparation and development of presentation materials and reports for various audiences, including stakeholders, project teams, and executive leadership.

    • Reviews and provides feedback on existing documentation, suggesting improvements, making editorial changes, and identifying areas that require clarification or revision.

    • Stays informed about new technologies, trends, and best practices within the IT industry, including an understanding of cloud service providers and emerging technologies, to ensure cutting-edge knowledge and practices are reflected in the documentation.

    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation aligns with project requirements and standards.

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in business management, information systems, computer science, or related field
